I’m looking at other coaches, why would I go with you?
I'm a big believer in you choosing the coach and/or consultant that you really feel is right for you and your business. I am only after the right clients for me, and I'm sure you're only after the right coach for you.
That being said, here are a few pointers that in addition to the previous question and answers, you can consider.
Results: I know my stuff. How many coaches have added hundreds of millions to businesses? That's something you just can't learn in books, attending courses or buying a franchise.
Experience & Innovation: I have run and grown this business since 1996. I helped start and shape the business coaching movement early in my career. And I haven't stopped. I embrace technology and the latest developments. I've worked in all types of industries, on all types of business (small, medium and big) in all types of situations.
Individually Tailored Programs: I tailor my work specifically for you, your business, your industry, your market and your situation - not a 'system' or modules. Because of this - you'll begin working on the right things in the right time.
Skillset: I work on all areas of business not just marketing and sales. So I can teach you how all aspects of your business come together to work - and what to do and how to do it when things aren't 'firing' like they should. Get my 'Business Growth Formula' for more details on what I cover.
You work with me: Normally you can't 'get to' someone of my experience and skill. Business people with my skill and experience build their business to have a team of people around them - so you'd have to work with employees or franchisees.

Essentially I'm a teacher first and an entreprenuer second and I love working with people - so I keep space free to work with great people.
Proprietary Methods: I have also developed my own proprietary approach, methods and strategies for business growth. You will not find these approaches anywhere else. They are unique and exclusive to me and my business.
Personality: I'm laid back and easy going, so I'm easy to work with.

How Are You Different From Other Coaches And Consultants?
I'm a big believer in you choosing the coach and/or consultant that you really feel is right for you and your business. I am only after the right clients for me, and I'm sure you're only after the right coach for you.
That being said, here are a few pointers that in addition to the previous question and answers, you can consider.
Results: Other coaches just won't have the level of results I have achieved. If they have, I recommend working with them.
Experience & Innovation: Most coaches have bought a franchise, or have come from another business or a management role and have decided to coach. I have only done one thing in my career - business coaching. I started this business in 1996. I helped start and shape business coaching here in Australia early in my career. And I have evolved and innovated in that time.
Individually Tailored Programs: I know my stuff and I can quickly work out a business so I tailor my work specifically for you, your business, your industry, your market and your situation. Others follow a 'system', modules and/or franchise documents that can't quickly sum up what your business needs. Instead of growing your business you end up follow their system - which may or may not be right for you.
Skillset: Many coaches call themselves 'Business Coaches' yet they only focus on two or three areas (namely sales and marketing). I cover a lot more than that. With the experience, results and time in business I have pretty big bag of tools that spans all facets of a business. So I can tell you what you need to do, why you need to do it and what will happen if you do or don't do it and how it will effect other areas of your business.

Do you specialise in a specific industry?
Yes – all industries.
Seriously - I’m "situation" specific, not just "industy" specific. That means I specialize in business growth which is 100% applicable to any business, any size, any market in any industy.
Since I started in 1996 I have discovered common situations and then developed my own proprietory approach, methods and strategies that can be applied to deliver extraordinary business growth. That’s my talent, my skill and my niche in the coaching market.
From time to time you may need some ‘specialised’ industry knowledge – so I can help guide you on exactly what to get and where to get it – so that it’s right for your business and the growth you’re going through.

Will it work in my industry?
Absolutely.
Some things will work straight away, other things may take time to get it 'right'- every industry, market and situation is different.
I’ll work with you to tailor it so that it fits you, your business, your products, your industry, your market and your situation. That’s what I do all day everyday.
It’s easier than you think.
The only way it will fail is if you and I take the time to tailor it to your situation to get it working or if we don’t ‘get-on’ in our working relationship, and I’m pretty relaxed easy going person – so it’s incredibly rare.

Absolutely.
Nearly every client I have worked with mentions this to me prior to working with me.
I thrive on working with both ‘different’ and ‘normal’ businesses (and any business that fits anywhere in between).

My approach specifically tailored to you, your business, your industry, your market and your situation.
There’s no boring books or manuals, and there’s definitely no need to step you through boring non-relating questionnaires and ‘standardised’ modules.

How do you work?
This is how I have worked with every one of the business I have worked with over my career to get the hundreds of millions in business growth track record I have.
My method works a treat.
On my one-on-one program, clients pay me monthly in advance (just like you'd pay rent).
You and I will work over the phone and via the internet. That way you and I can both e-mail the appropriate documents to each other as we speak. It's effective and efficient.
If you'd like to work face to face, consider this question. "Would you like your business to work without you having to be there?" If your answer is yes - then please follow my 'method' as it may be a little foreign, but it works.
Technology, when used wisely, decreases the need for travel. However, if you’d like to and if geography permits we can meet prior to starting.
Then if we both are comfortable we can make a time to get started.
Once under way, we’ll work primarily over the phone. I have my formula ‘down-pat’ so you may be surprised at how much we’ll cover and how effective you’ll be following my formula.
The typical structure is this. You’ll have a ‘time’ that usually goes for 1 hour (more or less depending on your situation) on a set day each week. For example, every Tuesday at 11 am to 12pm (ish).
Once we’re working we’ll work out a time and day that suits both you and me. And we’ll stick to it.
Outside of that structured ‘time’ you are free to call, email, fax me anything you want me to look at or comment on – within ‘reason’. I keep my client numbers low to give great service, which of course means that I'm priced higher than other coaches - which I'm sure you'd expect from someone that's added hundreds of millions to businesses.
If time permits I’ll respond straight away or if I’m busy I’ll get back to you.
I work weekly, not fortnightly or monthly. I've tried it all over the years - weekly works best. Humans like to 'put-things-off' so the weekly contact produces the best success.

What are your fees?
That depends on what you need, you business and your situation. I have products that are lower in price, workshops and of course my one-on-one program.
Before we talk about fees though – you’ll need to understand what ‘value’ I can bring to your business. How Long Will It Take To Get Results?
That depends on the ‘situation’ you, your business, your industry and the condition of the market you are in.
Ideally for business that really NEEDs to make some money, I work quickly on bringing in cashflow and profit as quick as possible. Then once they have the money coming in we can work on stabilising the business and getting it ready for more growth.
On the other hand for businesses that are already making good cashflow and profit I work on setting them up for the next phase of growth so that they can handle it when we 'turn it on'.
So it'll depend on where your business 'is'.
When you work with me the ‘result’ of becoming clearer and more savvy about your business – should happen pretty much from the first session – if not the first month and then it’ll just compound each week, month and year that we work together. You'll just get better and better at business and life - quickly.
You’ll just ‘know’ that my approach and my work is right for you.
The ‘financial’ and ‘free time’ results can happen at any time.
One client got ‘out’ of his business in two weeks and makes a million a year in profit, another made six figures in a month and another client took six months before any increase was achieved – then he went on to double his business each month for the next three months.
My general rule of thumb is conservatively expect that in three to six months your business should have increased it’s profit to be able to comfortably pay for my fee each month. After that – you’ll be making a massive profit on how much you’re paying me.
If you focus on the work that we do – the money will look after itself.

Are You A Franchise?
No. I’m a stand alone business. I have no affiliation with any group or franchise.
In late 1997 I joined a company and developed it's business coaching 'prototype' that it would later franchise. At the time of writing this that company has sold several hundred franchises worldwide - so you could say that I know a 'bit' about coaching franchises - however I'm not involved in any.
